Terms & Conditions for MYTHEO “Invest Your Fortune” Campaign
- This campaign ("Campaign") is organized by GAX MD Sdn Bhd ("MYTHEO") ("the Organiser"). This Campaign shall commence on February 10, 2024 until February 29, 2024 (“Campaign Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to end the Campaign earlier than February 29, 2024. Applications received after the Campaign has ended will not be considered for this Campaign.
- By participating in this Campaign, all Participants (as defined hereinafter) are deemed to have read, understood and expressly agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this Campaign as stated herein and any additional terms and conditions stipulated by the Organiser from time to time (as may be applicable) including the decisions of the Organiser in all matters related thereto. Information on how to participate in the Campaign shall form part of the Terms and Conditions of entry in the Campaign. Registration for and/or participation in the Campaign is deemed acceptance of the conditions of entry. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is one of the conditions of entry.

The Campaign is open to every individual who (hereinafter referred to as "Participant”):
- is not an existing Investor on the MYTHEO Platform; or
- is an existing Investor on the MYTHEO Platform but has not successfully deposited any amount.
- is not an existing Investor on the MYTHEO Platform; or
- To participate in this promotion, Participants are required to enter the promo code “CNY50” during the registration process, or in the deposit screen after the registration process. Failing which, the Participants shall be automatically disqualified and disentitled from receiving the RM50 reward.
- Participants who have successfully deposited an approved minimum of RM500 in a single transaction during the campaign period will receive RM50 top-up on their investment.
- Participants who have signed up previously with but have not successfully deposited any amounts are eligible for the RM50 top-up.
- Campaign is limited to the first 100 customers only.
- For each successful customer, the customer will receive RM50 top-up on their investment within 60 days after 31 May 2024.
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign without notice. Any cancellation, termination or suspension of the Campaign by the Organisers shall not entitle the Participant to any claim or compensation against the Organisers for any loss or damage incurred by the Participant as a direct and indirect result of such cancellation, termination or suspension.
- The decisions of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Campaign shall be final, conclusive, and binding under all circumstances and no further appeal, enquiry and/or correspondence from any Participant will be entertained.
- The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to vary, delete and/or add to any of these Terms and Conditions (wholly or in part) from time to time in such manner as the Organisers deem appropriate without giving any prior notice to any party including but not limited to the Participants.
- In no event will the Organisers be liable for any loss or damages including without limitations, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive and/or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Campaign, even if the Organisers have been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded.
- The Organisers reserves the right to refuse or recover any promotion awarded if they determine that it was obtained under fraudulent circumstances, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided by the participant, or that any terms of the Account Opening Agreement have been violated.
- The Terms and Conditions herein contained shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
