MYTHEO USD Trust (MUST) is a USD trust facility that makes it more convenient for you to minimize risk during market uncertainties and better manage exchange rate fluctuations by allowing you to keep your deposit and investment proceeds in US Dollars.
This means that you will be ready to take advantage of opportunities when things pick up again, without having to incur any additional foreign exchange risk.
That said, while USD cash is considered a safe haven and does provide a nominal positive yield now, it should be considered as a short-term option. This is because cash is unlikely to protect against inflation and the erosion of purchasing power in the long-term, leading to a potential negative real return.
Therefore, allocation to USD cash should be accompanied by an active willingness to redeploy into riskier asset classes at the soonest available opportunity.
MUST can be accessed via the switching feature in a client’s current portfolio or via new deposits when accompanied by a deposit into a MYTHEO Omakase or Global ESG portfolio.
Log into MYTHEO. Tap on “Deposits” either on the home screen or in one of your portfolios (if applicable).
Once in the deposit page, please tap the first option under “Perform Your Deposits Here” to perform a deposit.
Please locate the “USD Trust” field and input your desired deposit amount and tap confirm. Kindly be reminded that a deposit into the USD Trust must be accompanied by a deposit in any MYTHEO portfolio.
In the payment details page, please review and confirm the relevant details. Then tap “Proceed to Payment” to continue with your deposit.

Log into MYTHEO. Tap on the “Portfolio” you wish to switch from in the main screen.
Tap on the “Portfolio” tab (located on the top right corner).
Locate the “Switching” button.
Ensure that the Switching Portfolio is “USD Trust”. Please note that this option will only show if the minimum criteria is met.
“Confirm” accordingly.
