To qualify, your friends must deposit a minimum of RM100 into their MYTHEO accounts. Don’t forget, you also need to maintain a minimum balance of RM100 in your account throughout the referral process - Ensure a 30-Day Holding Period
The referee (your friend) must keep their deposit of RM100 or more for a lock-in period of 30 days following their initial investment. This ensures long-term financial growth for both parties! - Reap Your Rewards
Once your friend fulfills the requirements, MYTHEO will top up RM20 to your investment account. Rewards are fulfilled within 14 days from the month-end of your lock-in period.

Terms and Conditions
This Referral Program ("Program") is organized by GAX MD Sdn Bhd ("MYTHEO") ("the Organiser"). By participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein, which may be subject to amendments by the Organiser without prior notice.
- Program Period
The Program begins on 1 December 2024 and ends on 28 February 2025 (“Program Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to terminate, extend, or modify the Program without prior notice.

Program Eligibility
- The Program is open to all MYTHEO users, both new and existing, excluding clients-under-agents.
- ‘Referrers’ can only refer individuals who are new to MYTHEO and do not have an existing account.
- The ‘Referrer’ must maintain a minimum account balance of RM100 throughout the referral process to be eligible for rewards. Temporary account balance drops below RM100 due to market fluctuations are exempted.
- The Program is open to all MYTHEO users, both new and existing, excluding clients-under-agents.

Referral Rewards
- Referral Reward
The ‘Referrer’ will earn RM20 ("Referral Reward") for each friend referred who meets the "Successful Referral" criteria.
- Referral Bonus Reward
The ‘Referrer’ will receive an additional RM30 ("Referral Bonus Reward") for every set of 5 friends successfully referred under the "Successful Referral" criteria.

Reward Crediting
- Both the Referral Reward and Referral Bonus Reward will be credited to the 'Referrer’s' MYTHEO account within 14 days after the last day of the month in which the 30-day lock-in period for the ‘Referred Friend’ ends.
- Rewards will be deposited into the 'Referrer’s' main MYTHEO portfolio. If the main portfolio is closed, the reward will be credited to the next active portfolio, provided the total AUM of the account remains at least RM100 throughout the referral process.
- Both the Referral Reward and Referral Bonus Reward will be credited to the 'Referrer’s' MYTHEO account within 14 days after the last day of the month in which the 30-day lock-in period for the ‘Referred Friend’ ends.

Successful Referral Criteria
A ‘Successful Referral’ is defined as follows:- The ‘Referred Friend’ completes their registration using the ‘Referrer’s’ unique referral link or code.
- The ‘Referred Friend’ deposits a minimum of RM100 into their MYTHEO account.
- The ‘Referred Friend’ maintains a minimum deposit of RM100 for a lock-in period of 30 days, except when the balance falls below RM100 due to market fluctuations.
- The ‘Referred Friend’ may switch portfolios during the lock-in period, provided the total AUM remains at least RM100.
- The ‘Referred Friend’ completes their registration using the ‘Referrer’s’ unique referral link or code.

Referral Process
- Referrals must be made using the designated referral link or code provided by MYTHEO, which is available under "My Accounts > Referral Program."
- The ‘Referred Friend’ must input the unique referral link or code during registration under the “Promo Code” section for the referral to be valid.
- The referral list displayed in the MYTHEO app shows the names of individuals who have used the referral code but does not confirm a "Successful Referral." A "Successful Referral" is only achieved when the ‘Referred Friend’ meets the required deposit and lock-in criteria as specified in Section 4.
- Referrals must be made using the designated referral link or code provided by MYTHEO, which is available under "My Accounts > Referral Program."

Additional Conditions
- A ‘Referrer’ must have a minimum balance of RM100 in their MYTHEO account during the referral process to qualify for rewards.
- ‘Referred Friends’ must be new to MYTHEO. Referrals for existing MYTHEO clients or incomplete registrations will not qualify.
- If the 'Referred Friend' does not meet the lock-in or deposit requirements, the referral will be deemed invalid.
- A ‘Referred Friend’ can only be referred by one ‘Referrer.’
- A ‘Referrer’ must have a minimum balance of RM100 in their MYTHEO account during the referral process to qualify for rewards.

Promotion Award Eligibility
By participating in the Program:- Participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that MYTHEO reserves the right to withhold or recover rewards obtained fraudulently or with incomplete or inaccurate information.
- Violation of MYTHEO’s Account Opening Agreement will result in disqualification from the Program.

Changes to the Program
MYTHEO reserves the right to:- Amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at its sole discretion.
- Update the terms of the Program without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

MYTHEO advises participants to read and understand MYTHEO’s Platform Agreement and Fee Structure.
