Terms & Conditions
1. This campaign is open to all new and existing MYTHEO customers.
2. New MYTHEO customers are required to enter the referral code “MYTHEOCNY” during the registration to participate in this campaign. Existing customers do not need to key in the referral code and are automatically eligible.
3. All new and existing MYTHEO customers are entitled to get one (1) lucky draw entry for every RM1,000 deposited into their account. There is no upper limit placed on how many entries a client can receive. Please refer to example scenarios below.
4. Multiple deposits that make up RM1,000 will be valid to receive one (1) entry. A single deposit of RM1,000 is also valid to receive one (1) entry.
5. Qualifying investment amount will be based on the net investment amount after deducting any redemption amount during the campaign period. Please refer to example scenarios below.
6. Deposits that are invested during the lucky draw period from 28 January 2022 to 28 February 2022 are not allowed to be fully withdrawn until 31 May 2022 for the purpose of calculating the qualifying investment amount for the campaign. By withdrawing partially during such period, participants will reduce their chances (Entries) of winning; by withdrawing fully during such period, participants will no longer be entitled to participate in the lucky draw.
7. The maximum number of prizes a customer can win is one (1).
8. Winners will be selected at random, and the prizes will be deposited in the Main Portfolio before 30 June 2022.
9. The management reserves the right to add on, amend, or omit the Terms & Conditions whenever deemed fit, without prior notice.
10. MYTHEO and Silverlake staff are not allowed to participate.
Example Scenarios
1. Mr. Ross invested RM20,000 on 28 January 2022, RM10,000 on 10 February 2022 and withdraw RM5,000 on 15 February 2022, the qualifying investment amount calculation will be computed based on net investment amount of RM25,000. Therefore, he will have 25 entries to win the prize.
2. Mr. John invested RM1,000 on 1 February 2022, RM8,000 on 25 February 2022, and withdraw RM1,000 on 24 April 2022, the qualifying investment amount calculation will be computed based on net investment amount of RM8,000. Therefore, he will have 8 entries to win the prize.
3. Mr. West withdraw RM10,000 on 8 February 2022, deposited RM20,000 on 26 February 2022, and withdraw RM5,000 on 12 May 2022, the qualifying investment amount calculation will be computed based on net investment amount of RM15,000. Therefore, he will have 15 entries to win the prize.
4. Mr. Smith invested RM1,000 on 3 February, RM5,000 on 28 February 2022, RM10,000 on 5 April 2022, and withdraw RM6,000 on 1 May 2022, the qualifying investment amount calculation will be computed based on net investment amount of RM0, since he has withdrawn RM6,000 during the campaign period. Hence, he is no longer entitled to any lucky draw entries.
