Terms & Conditions
1. Promotional Period: This promotion is valid from June 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023.
2. Eligibility: Only new customers of MYTHEO who have not signed up before are eligible to participate in this promotion.
3. Referral Code: Participants must enter the referral code provided by Mr Money TV (MMTV) during the onboarding registration process in the "Promotion/Referral Code" field to qualify for a management fee waiver for six months from the date of the approved initial regular savings deposit (Waiver Months). Failure to enter the referral code will result in automatic disqualification from participating in this campaign.
4. Management Fee Waiver: The management fee waiver for six months will be granted to the portfolio selected by Participants for regular savings.
5. Regular Savings Pause/Termination: No management fee waiver will be provided if Participants decide to pause or terminate their regular savings during the Waiver Months.
Example Scenarios
1. Ali, a new MYTHEO customer, completed the onboarding registration process with the referral code provided by MMTV on June 20, 2023. Ali then successfully set up regular savings for his Main Portfolio with a savings amount of MYR500 on the 28th of every month. Ali will be entitled to a management fee waiver for six months, from June 2023 to November 2023, for the management fee charged to his Main Portfolio.
2. Cynthia, a new MYTHEO customer, completes the onboarding registration process with the referral code provided by MMTV on June 20, 2023. Cynthia sets up regular savings for her Main Portfolio with a savings amount of MYR500 on the 28th of every month. However, Cynthia decides to pause or terminate the regular savings to her Main Portfolio in November 2023. Cynthia will be entitled to a management fee waiver from June 2023 to October 2023 only.
3. Promotion Abuse: MYTHEO reserves the right to refuse or recover any promotion awarded if it determines that it was obtained under fraudulent circumstances, if inaccurate or incomplete information was provided by a MYTHEO customer, or if any terms of the Account Opening Agreement have been violated.
4. Exclusions: MYTHEO agents and their customers are excluded from entering this promotion.
5. Amendments: The management reserves the right to add, amend, or omit the Terms & Conditions whenever deemed fit, without prior notice.
